   At 18 I registered my first business in web design. While my friends were planning gap years, I was writing invoices, learning what clients really mean when they say “make it pop”, and fixing other people's CSS long after midnight.At 18 I registered my first business in web design.    Learning the hard way

   Design, code, motion, search. I taught myself every discipline one project at a time, because I refused to hand my ideas to someone who would water them down.    Studio 40221

   In 2026 the work got a name and an address. 40221 is the postcode of the studio in Düsseldorf, and the zero became a dot, because a real place beats an invented brand name.
